May 10th, Last Friday Night Smackdown, Dolph Ziggler suffered a serious concussion that Smackdown when Big E went to go face Jack Swagger. This put an effect on the title match for the World title, this sunday at Extreme Rules. He interfered in the match between Big E and Jack Swagger, Swagger kicked Dolph Ziggler in the head. Then Alberto Del Rio came for Dolph Ziggler doing his signature move on him and hitting him with a ladder. Jack Swagger did the same thing to Dolph Ziggler on his head about once. On an interview, he stated that "He didn't even remember Raw until he got home and watched it all over again and he didn't even remember what happened on Tuesday." He only commemorated AJ and Big E taking him to the airport on Wednesday morning. Then on Monday Night Raw, AJ and Big E came out and AJ was really upset because she said "What if he is not pure and beautiful anymore after you kicked my ziggy in the head, he should not be stripped of the World Title."
Zeb was trying to make Teddy Long strip him of the World Title but he is not going to do that. Instead, Teddy Long made a different match for Extreme Rules since Dolph Ziggler will be out for at least about a month or a couple of weeks, the new match is Alberto Del Rio vs. Jack Swagger to be the number one contender of the World Title. When Dolph gets back, he will be defending his title against whoever when that match. But Dolph Ziggler has been tweeting at home during Raw. He tweeted his girlfriend AJ saying that he miss her and he said "Tell em babycakes" when she was talking to Jack Swagger about what he did and when she said he doesn't deserve the World title. He also tweeted about other matches too. Dolph Ziggler will be taking a medical test to see if he is 100% good and he should be coming back to WWE soon.
